This Month's Updates:


We are excited to announce significant updates to our Case Status for Google Chrome Extension, designed to enhance communication and engagement for law firms with their clients.

New Features:

Embedded Videos: You can now embed videos directly into the stage descriptions provided to clients. This new feature empowers your team to produce impactful videos that clearly explain each stage and step of a case. Clients can conveniently view these videos within our mobile or web app, boosting their comprehension and engagement with their legal matters. Watch the video below to learn more and see it in action.

Translation Expansion for Mobile: We now support clients translating content on their own. When clients log into the app, they can select their language from the language selector and instantly translate any content they need. This includes everything from checklist items, stage descriptions, and process tabs to messages—whether automated or sent by you. Even the "My Teams" tab, including attorney bios, can be translated. This powerful feature gives your multilingual clients greater control and ensures clear communication across your caseload.

Sneak Peek: What we're working on this month (August)

Email Notification for Individual Messages: We’re excited to announce a new feature that will enhance how you stay updated with client communications. Soon, you’ll be able to configure email notifications to receive alerts every time you get an inbound message from a client. Additionally, this feature will notify you when a client provides NPS feedback or logs treatment updates for their legal case. Stay tuned for more details on how to set up and customize these notifications to fit your needs!
