You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Use by your continued use of the Service after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted.BY DOWNLOADING THE APPLICATIONS, ENTERING A PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL ADDRESS INTO CASE STATUS, REGISTERING VIA THE SERVICE, PROVIDING YOUR LAWYER YOUR PHONE NUMBER, OR PROVIDING YOUR LAWYER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS, YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO OPT IN TO THE CASE STATUS TEXT MESSAGE SERVICE (THE “TEXT SERVICE”), INCLUDING SENDING AND RECEIVING SMS TEXT MESSAGES AND MMS MULTI-MEDIA MESSAGES, RECEIVING NOTIFICATIONS, ALERTS, REMINDERS, CONFIRMATION, DOCUMENTS, AND ATTORNEY-CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS. WE PROVIDE THIS SERVICE VIA THE WEB-BASED INTERFACE, TEXT MESSAGING, AND MOBILE APPLICATIONS. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, WE MAY SEND MULTIPLE, RECURRING MESSAGES AND/OR TERMINATE THE TEXT SERVICE OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN IT AT ANY TIME WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE, INCLUDING, FOR EXAMPLE, BEFORE YOU HAVE RECEIVED ANY OR ALL MESSAGES THAT YOU OTHERWISE WOULD HAVE RECEIVED.
