AI Case Summaries (Beta Testing Now Open!)

We’re excited to announce the launch of  AI Case Summaries — a game-changing feature designed to save time and improve case management efficiency.

AI Case Summaries provide firm users with a concise breakdown of their cases, eliminating the need to sift through lengthy message threads or schedule multiple meetings to understand the latest updates. This feature gathers and analyzes data from various sources in the Case Status platform, including:

- Message threads

- Client NPS and feedback

- Checklist items

- Other key case data

The summaries are divided into three sections:

1. Overview: A snapshot of the case status.

2.. Blockers & Client Sentiment: Highlights issues, client concerns, or potential delays.

3. Follow-Up Items: Outlines actionable tasks and next steps.

Whether you’re a team member who doesn’t handle daily communication or someone returning from a holiday break, AI Case Summaries will help you get up to speed in no time.

Integration Updates

Filevine Calendar Sync

We’re enhancing our Filevine integration with a highly-requested feature: Calendar Appointment Syncing!

This update will:

- Automatically sync appointments from Filevine to Case Status.

- Eliminate the hassle of double data entry.

- Ensure clients are informed with automated reminders and can view upcoming appointments directly in our app.

Docketwise Integration

We’re thrilled to expand our integration family with the addition of Docketwise! This new integration will:

- Import cases from Docketwise into Case Status.

- Sync back documents and messages seamlessly.

- Provide firms using Docketwise with the full benefits of Case Status, including streamlined workflows and enhanced client communication.
