New Features This Month

Calendar Integrations

We now offer calendar syncing with Filevine. This feature will greatly reduce the duplicate data entry for adding appointments to Case Status. A nightly sync will pull any new appointments from into Case Status and appointments in Filevine will be replicated into Case Status. These will then create automated appointment reminders for your clients. We also plan to expand our calendar integration options further, including MyCase, later in the quarter.

Mobile Improvements

We improved the client mobile experience with some incremental updates. Including:

  • Additional language support for mobile translation and improved UI rendering for translated text
  • Support for clickable addresses, including a location pin for easy navigation and sharing
  • Case filtering options
  • Long-press copying to help with pasting addresses or treatment information outside of the mobile app

What We’re Working on Now

New CMS Integrations

We’re continuing to expand our native integrations with popular CMS choices. We’re adding support for Docketwise and Practice Panther, which will provide even more firms with the ability to sync important information between their CMS and Case Status.

Even Better Recommended Response Experience

Clients sometimes ask more than one question in a single message, so we’re improving Recommended Response to include the ability to aggregate replies to multiple questions from the same message into a single response. Gone are the days of piecing together multiple recommended responses into a cohesive message.
