Case Status for Google Chrome
We're thrilled to introduce our latest feature, Case Status for Google Chrome, designed to empower staff members to seamlessly engage with clients right from their browser.
With this new Chrome extension, staff can effortlessly send messages, share documents, manage checklist items, and review client app activity, all within a familiar interface. This extension works with all of our integrated case management systems to ensure you stay connected and productive without interrupting your workflow. Simply navigate to a case within your CMS and open the extension to use one or all of its features!
Simply visit the Google Chrome Store to download the extension and unlock a new level of efficiency in client management.
Introducing our Newest Integration Partner: Smokeball
We have added a new case management system to our growing family of integration partners - Smokeball! This integration enables users to effortlessly import cases from Smokeball into Case Status, ensuring smooth synchronization of updates such as changes in staff assignments or case statuses.
Say farewell to duplicate data entry as cases will automatically be created in Case Status via our nightly sync and messages/files sent within Case Status are seamlessly synched back to Smokeball. With this integration, users can streamline their workflow, saving time and enhancing collaboration. Experience the power of seamless integration today!

Sneak Peek: What we're working on this month
Translation Expansion for Mobile
This month we are working on a significant enhancement to our iOS and Android application: Translation Expansion. Building on our existing Real-Time Translation feature accessible to firm users, we're extending translation capabilities to empower your clients.
Soon, with just a click of a button, clients will be able to translate any dynamic content within the mobile application, ensuring seamless communication regardless of language barriers. What's more, clients will have the flexibility to set their preferred language within the app, providing a personalized experience.
