This Month's Updates:
Email Alerts for Inbound SMS from Unknown Clients
This month we released a new feature to help firms tackle any potential clients that are messaging their Case Status dedicated number. This new feature will ensure that if a client who is not currently tied to a case with your firm sends a text to your firm number, this will trigger an email alert to the designated firm user. This email will provide the users cell phone as well as message content so that your firm can reach out to the unknown user. If you wish to have this configured for your firm, please reach out to our Customer Success team and indicate which Case Status firm user should have this turned on.
Neos Integration Update
We have expanded the Neos integration to include two new features that will give firm users insight into the activities of their clients.
Message Notifications: Now when a client message is synced to Neos, this will trigger a notification to the staff members tied to that case. The notifications can then be configured within Case Status using the pre-existing notification settings at the user or case level within the web app.
Last Login Indicator: A custom field can now be configured within Neos that will indicate when the client last logged into the Case Status App. This will help firms to determine which clients are utilizing the app without leaving Neos to do so.Sneak Peek: What we're working on this month
Treatment Log Notifications
In October we will release a long awaited feature for any of our firms that use Treatment Logs. Now when a treatment is logged, this will create an internal notification for the firm. These notifications can then be synced back to the associated Case Management System.
