Meet Our Esteemed Panelists:

Leah is an experienced product leader with a strong background in legal technology and client communication platforms. As Director of Product at Case Status, she spearheads the development of tools that enhance client engagement and streamline communication for law firms. Leah is known for her strategic thinking, user-focused design, and ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering impactful solutions.

Keith is a seasoned SaaS leader with a track record of building and scaling innovative technology companies. He co-founded GuideSpark, where he led the company through multiple funding rounds and grew revenue to $25M+ before its acquisition by Tivian. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Presedia (acquired by Macromedia), where he led product lines that grew to $50M+ and played a key role in launching Adobe’s early SaaS businesses post-acquisition. Today, in addition to leading product at Case Status, he serves as Chairman of Envoque, helping enterprises modernize employee communication.

Paul specializes in bringing new and disruptive technology and SaaS solutions to market, refining solutions to provide more value to customers. He is passionate about technology: helping businesses like law firms run better while at the same time delighting the consumers they serve. Paul has more than 25 years experience as a technology leader helping businesses and organizations grow through outstanding engagement with consumer-clients. Paul holds a BS in Engineering and Material Science from Duke University and a Masters in Business from The Citadel.

Charles Lane is the Chief Technology Officer at Case Status, where he has guided the company’s technical vision and product development for more than six years. With expertise in software development, database architecture, and DevOps, Charles leads the engineering team in building scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that power the Case Status platform. His leadership drives the integration of intelligence and automation into the client experience, helping firms transform the way they serve their clients.
