Case Status SMS Program

The Case Status SMS Program is provided by Case Status, a legal client engagement software provider. This service sends SMS notifications to keep clients informed about updates to their legal matters. These messages will prompt clients to check the Case Status app for detailed information on their case. Additionally, SMS messages may be sent to deliver verification codes needed for app login.

Message Delivery Method: Messages are delivered via SMS to the mobile number provided during registration.

Types of Messages Users May Receive:

  • Case status updates with a prompt to check the Case Status app
  • Verification codes for secure login to the app

Message Frequency: Message frequency for Case Updates varies based on case activity and user interactions. Message frequency for One Time Passcode is 1msg/request.

Rates Disclosure: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out Instructions: You can opt out of the Case Status SMS Program at any time by texting "STOP". After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.

Help Instructions: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword ‘HELP’ for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@casestatus.com.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
