We are pleased to announce the launch of the 2024 Case Status Excellence in Client Satisfaction Awards, designed to honor firms that have demonstrated a commitment to providing exceptional client experiences.

About the Excellence in Client Satisfaction Awards

The awards will be given to law firms that have achieved high levels of client satisfaction over the past year, as measured by the Net Promoter Score (NPS) on the Case Status platform. The NPS is a widely recognized standard for evaluating client loyalty and satisfaction, and firms with high scores stand out for their client engagement.

What is Net Promoter Score (NPS)?

The NPS methodology was developed to help businesses measure customer satisfaction and is now used in various industries, including legal services. It calculates a firm’s score by subtracting the percentage of clients who are "detractors" (those who rate their experience at 6 or below) from the percentage of "promoters" (those who rate their experience a 9 or 10), producing a score between -100 and +100.

In the legal industry, NPS scores typically range between 20 and 40. Firms using Case Status, however, often score well above this industry average, with many achieving scores of 60 or higher.
