This Month's Updates:


We are excited to announce significant updates to our Case Status for Google Chrome Extension, designed to enhance communication and engagement for law firms with their clients.

New Features:

  1. Cases List View: We have introduced a new list view where firms can easily scroll through their list of cases. By selecting a case, users can navigate directly into the individual case details. This update allows non-integrated firms to utilize our extension for seamless client communication.

  2. Unread Message Notification Badge: Stay on top of your client communications with our new unread message notification badge. When a new inbound message arrives, the unread count on your extension will increase, allowing you to quickly respond without needing to open a new tab in our platform.

Custom Frequencies for Automations: We have expanded our automation capabilities to allow users to input custom frequencies for message scheduling. Previously, users were limited to selecting pre-set frequencies such as weekly or monthly. With this update, you can now specify a custom interval by inputting a quantity and selecting the unit, such as every 45 days or every 3 weeks. This enhancement provides greater flexibility in scheduling recurring messages to clients, ensuring your communications are timely and tailored to your needs.


Checklist Hyperlinking: To keep your checklist items clean and condensed, we have introduced the ability to hyperlink text within checklist items. Previously, adding links often resulted in long URLs that took up considerable space. Now, you can embed clickable links directly into your text, maintaining a tidy appearance while still providing easy access to important resources for your staff.

Sneak Peek: What we're working on this month

Embedded Videos: Soon, you'll be able to embed videos into the stage descriptions presented to clients. This feature will enable your team to create high-impact videos explaining a case's stages and steps. Clients will be able to watch these videos within our mobile app or on the web app, enhancing their understanding and engagement with their legal proceedings.

Video Log: We are introducing a video log feature that allows your legal team to request video or audio recordings from clients. Whether logging treatment progress for a personal injury case or capturing a testimonial from a satisfied client, video recordings can significantly enhance the impact and credibility of your case documentation. This feature opens up numerous possibilities for improving individual cases and promoting your firm's services.
